Unfortunately, there are not many professional Real Estate Agents in Pattaya but Gecko Properties is one that delivers. My dealings with Gecko have been nothing but professional, they do what they say they will do.

Our general experience of Thai property agents hasn't always been the best. Tend not to be proactive, don't update information and generally rather lax in their approach.
It is refreshing to find one who falls into neither of these categories. Gecko have shown efficiency an displayed knowledge of their product along with an understanding of the customer's desires whether you are the owner or prospective renter/buyer. What they say is what they do, transparent in all dealings.
