We have been searching for a condo for rental under time pressure in the Pattaya Area. Gecko Properties did assist us in the process to our fullest satisfaction.

I would especially point out the excellent service that Noot (Nootcharin Nonting) has provided. She has actively and professionally supported us above the ordinary that one might expect, made suggestions, organized viewings and has always displayed a genuine understanding of our needs. Finally she has organized everything to conclude the contract - and that in a sympathetic yet determined and efficient way.

If I were to look again for a property or rental then Gecko would be our first choice again. I thank as well Steve for his helpful comments.

In my experience in Thailand many agencies intentionally delay rental payments to the landlord (maybe to help their own cash flow), and think more about the tenant than the landlord who is paying them. Also some agents disappear from the radar the moment all commission is paid. But with Gecko I found a professional and reliable agency that also takes care well of landlord’s interests.

Gecko helped me with rental contracts, the check-in and –out of tenants, and the financial dealings with deposits and rent. On several occasions I was away from Thailand and Gecko provided a smooth service to find and then to get new tenants to move into my property, just using LINE, email and cyberbanking to get paperwork and payments done.

Finally, Gecko hasn’t held onto rental payments unnecessarily either!

Having been in real estate for many years myself, I am very aware of the difficulties associated from the agent's side. As a result most want to cut corners for a quick buck. It is with pleasure that I commend both Steve and Jon on their professionalism and service both to me and their client in selling our condo.
