Now we have settled down into our new condo at Chateau Dale I would like to say Gecko were very helpful from the word go. After our initial viewings of other properties we gradually changed our brief and finished up with something completely different to what we envisaged at the start. None of our changes fazed you at all and Gecko offered plenty of properties that they considered might fit our bill and were only too happy to show us around so we could find the place that best suited us. Not sure of what we wanted to do and then when we homed in on the type of property and made our final decision you were always on hand for numerous visits and you kept in touch even when we were in Europe. Once our decision was made, the whole process was kept simple for us, with SNA liaising with the other parties involved, giving us advice and keeping us up to date on progress.

At the final stages we were handed the full pack with who was doing what regarding connections to services and when we could expect to see our first bills. Jon made what could have been a rather daunting process, much easier with practical and moral support along the way. Great job. Thanks very much!

Just rented a condo for Steve at Gecko Properties for the last six months. Everything went great no problems and he and his staff were happy to help with everything. Would recommend him and will use him again.

I listed my property with Gecko Properties and within  3 hours I had a viewing which I find this truly amazing as I have had my property listed with a well known property estate agent for over 1 year and nothing as much as a phone call or a viewing in 1 year.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Gecko Properties in Pattaya. My wife and I were trying to find a house to lease with other agencies for a while but they kept showing us houses that didn't have the amenities we told them ahead of time that we wanted. Then I contacted Gecko Properties and reached one of their agents, Saichon Jitklang (Ning) who sent us a list of houses that met our criteria exactly.

We picked three houses to look at and found one in our first day out looking with Ning. She was also there when we signed all the documentation and helped with other details through the entire process. I was impressed with how she and her agency were so attentive to detail, very fast, and stress free from start to finish. Even after we signed the contracts, she was still available to help us with other details that came up.

It was refreshing to find such a professional agency and staff. I will definitely use them again in the future. If you have any real estate needs, I recommend Gecko Properties highly!

In my experience in Thailand many agencies intentionally delay rental payments to the landlord (maybe to help their own cash flow), and think more about the tenant than the landlord who is paying them. Also some agents disappear from the radar the moment all commission is paid. But with Gecko I found a professional and reliable agency that also takes care well of landlord’s interests.

Gecko helped me with rental contracts, the check-in and –out of tenants, and the financial dealings with deposits and rent. On several occasions I was away from Thailand and Gecko provided a smooth service to find and then to get new tenants to move into my property, just using LINE, email and cyberbanking to get paperwork and payments done.

Finally, Gecko hasn’t held onto rental payments unnecessarily either!
