I've been coming now to Thailand and Pattaya for the last 38 years, I've worked from 1993 till 2000 in Pattaya and am spending around 5-8 months a year in Pattaya for the last 10 years.
So I can honestly mention that I know my way around. About 3 years ago, I decided to sell my condo in Chateau Dale.
I've noticed that selling a condo became throughout the last years more and more difficult.
This due to the high offer and low demand on the market for condominiums.
One positive point was that my condo was not the typical common sized condo in a high building with hundreds of similar condo's. My condo is located rather in a nice, quiet and classy exotic resort, consisting of only 2 main buildings with 144 units, divided on 4 or 6 floors. And having only European, British, American, Australian and some Thai owners.
I had some interested potential buyers. But it came many times with the usual questions and financial problems (can I pay over 10 years?). Or extremely low offers, thinking I would 'give' my condo away due to the high competition around.
As my condo was rented out, I was not in need to sell asap.

What I also highly appreciated was that Phim kept me daily updated with all the details. And whenever I needed some info, Phim would reply within short time, always in a friendly and smiling way.
I personally noticed a huge difference when dealing with a professional Real Estate Office such as Gecko Propertiesn, in comparison with some other offices.
I can easily state that Gecko Properties works with high standard, that can easily be compared to European standards.
Once again, I'm very satisfied with the sale of my condo and can highly recommend and refer readers to Gecko Properties.
