Even before we were coming in person to Pattaya with the objective to view some condos and ultimately to buy one, Gecko Properties became our preferential Real Estate Agent as Steve responded to our many questions concerning the Real Estate Market and questions in respect of prices and additional costs in a very prompt, efficient and instructive way. For that reason, Steve was our first appointment in Pattaya and we bought the first condo we were viewing with him within an hour. He also was very helpful and effective with all the subsequent documentation, involvement of a lawyer, coordination with the seller etc. Highly recommended.
