Have been living several years in Pattaya, and used other agents/companies, but non as good as Gecko, felt they actually took my inquiries seriously and very professional.

I been in Thailand for about 4 years. I been renting a 5 bedroom 4 bath home for close to two years. I decided to downgrade to a much smaller home to rent and I contacted several realtors in the area. It seems like they did not take us to serious only helping us locate at home that we weren’t looking for. I finally contacted Gecko Properties and Noot replied back asking exactly what we were looking for. I explained that we wanted to downgrade to a smaller home, three bedroom two bath. Noot took all the information down and within a few days contacted us to start looking at homes she had lined up for us. We went through 5 or 6 homes all nice, some were too big and some had stairs but there was this one home, the first one we looked at which seemed just right for us. I recently purchased a property in Cosy Beach (Pratumnak). Being my first purchase of a property in Thailand l was a little nervous about the whole process. Gecko Properties and Khun Noot were very responsive to my needs, tailoring the homes I was shown around the particular items I sought. Khun Noot went above and beyond providing the usual service, making sure every aspect of renting a new home was taken care of. She spent many hours on her days off taking care of items relating to the home for me. I could not imagine another rental property company providing better service.

Gecko found a buyer for my Condo, prepared the S&P contract and accompanied me at the Land Office where the Transfer completed the Sale. Everything went smoothly. Special mention for August for her efficiency and friendly manner. She even took me to the bank to deposit the Cash.

I have recently had the pleasure of cooperating with Gecko properties and in particular Ning from Gecko properties. We have been actively looking at the rental market and found ourselves using many agents and companies to source a house for long term rent. As you know, that process can be time-consuming and draining but from the moment we interacted with Ning I could tell that she was someone we could trust and was knowledgeable about real estate in and around the city of Pattaya.
I have found Ning to be very professional and transparent with all aspects of our dealings. Ning found us multiple units, and we decided to proceed with the reservation and deposit amounts for a property in the Nong Prue area. Everything has been very smooth, and receipts/contracts have been provided to us in an exceptionally efficient manner.

I was pleased to be able to offer Gecko Properties my house in Greenfields 4 for rent. They found me a very suitable tenant with a competitive monthly income which I am happy with. They have been my 'eyes and ears' for the past 2 years helping solve issues that have arisen during this time. Steve and his staff (in particular Ning) have reacted in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate in using Gecko in the future for any other properties that I decide to let.

During the rental period I have decided to sell the house as I have other interests over here in Spain. I am happy that Gecko managed to arrange a fantastic 360 Deg shooting of my house. It was/is very good quality well presented. To me it is important that the sitting tenants do not get disturbed any more than needed during the sale of the house. With this provision it allows potential buyers/investors too see most of the property before deciding if they would like to view it or not.

Back in 2016 We came to Thailand for a holiday, me, my other half & My son. One day we wanted to go for a look at the properties as I said just looking😀 I went on website left my number on there said I’m interesting in going to have look at the properties within 5 Mins if that, got a call from Jon and within an hr. Jon turn up in his nice fancy car picked us up to show us a few properties 2 Hrs. after that we seal the deal! We have found the house of our dream, but I was in such a worry because we only got less than a week before we got to fly back to UK. and didn't have the money with us at all, as we need to get it transfer over, Jon makes everything possible, he sorts everything out for us oversea call to get everything sorted out for us ready for when we come back, can't ask for a better agent to take care of us.
