Gecko staff (and Paul in particular) gave excellent service from start to finish in the sale of my condo. Sale was complicated by property in Thai friends name who was living abroad. I expected at least 3 visits to land office because of this and other complications, but I did not have to attend once as Gecko handled the whole process.

A big thanks to Steve and the team at Gecko Properties for all their hard work over the last couple of months in successfully selling my property whilst I continued to live in the UK. Selling an investment like that remotely could be disconcerting but that was not my experience, and I was correct to place my trust in Steve and the team.

Paul ensured that all concerns where dealt with promptly and alleviated any worries we might have had by explaining the procedures and time scales involved.
