I contacted several agents to assist in finding a property to rent in the Pattaya area. and although most agents provided a reasonable service.

I purchased a condo in Pratumnak in July 2017 through Jon Bailey at Gecko Properties and found the experience seamless to say the least.

As a foreigner (Australian) purchasing property in Thailand I had read that the process was fraught with legal danger for the uninitiated, but Gecko made the whole process simple from start to finish and even arranged for my contents insurance and internet connection after settlement. They also dealt with the Body Corporate at the site to have the place cleaned before I arrived to move in.

They were also able to put me in direct contact with their legal team to arrange a will when it was all done.

Much of the liaison was done over the internet, and I have to say, from start to finish everything was crystal clear and I felt comfortable dealing with Jon at every turn. A large sum of money to part with for me, but there was never any doubt as to the integrity of this group.
