I'm and American and I moved to Thailand in November 2024. When moved I had no place to stay and I was staying in a hotel. 3 months ago I listed my Pattaya Pratumnak condo for sale with Phim at Gecko Real Estate. I had previously listed it with other Pattaya agencies and had very little activity. Once Phim and Gecko took the listing I immediately began to see regular visits. Phim organized a very detailed marketing campaign professional photos and detailed description that presented my property in a very positive light. Needless to say it was sold within 3 months.
