Amp picked up very quickly that I was after a particular standard of real estate and within a short period of time she was showing me exactly what I wanted to see. We quickly agreed terms with the owner of the property, and within a short period of time we were reviewing and agreeing a contract. I was not put under any pressure to agree terms, it was just done efficiently and effectively. During the process Amp was there to help and advise me through the process.

When it was time to complete again Amps professionalism shone through, we got things done quickly and efficiently. All the time including up to and including the moving in date Amp was on the end of the phone offering support and guidance.

Bobby and Gecko were brilliant start to finish. The whole process was taken care of for me and it was as simple as view a house once, make an offer, Gecko and their partner law firm helped set up a company. I moved in to the house within the same month (yesterday).

Extremely smooth and speedy. Couldn’t recommend enough. Bobby and team also represented me at the land office so I didn’t have to waste my time there also.

I recently rented a home in the Pratumnak area through Gecko Properties. I am a licensed real estate broker in California and have spent the majority of my career as a loan officer. The point being is with over 30 years experience in one of the regulated and competitive markets in the world, I know how things are supposed to work.

I have contacted a few Pattaya agents in the past year to find the right home to retire to. None gave me the attention or professional care that I received from Toon at Gecko Properties.

She was in contact with me daily and 3 weeks later i still hear from her weekly. Not only did she successfully negotiate my rental contract to my expectations she went above and beyond with after-the-close care. She even went to the bank with me to deposit funds to the property owner. I dont read or write thai and filling out someone else’s deposits could have taken hours and been a disaster.

She went through the entire house and made sure everything works, she documented everything with pictures and notes. This is beyond even the care I personally gave my own clients. She is very thorough. So thorough that I sent her to one of my friends who is also looking for a new place. I recommend that if you are looking to rent or buy, give Toon a chance to help you. You wont be disappointed.

What a fantastic office this is! We found Gecko Properties through Google. The welcome was friendly, and all the office staff were eager to help. We finally found Phim, who did an excellent job for us. She speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to answer all our questions, and if we didn't know the answer right away, she'd ask or check. It also seems like her phone is on 24/7. In short, a fantastic office, and especially Phim, who has handled everything so well so far.

This is Elwin here and I just want to share an amazing story of your team member Khun Phim.

Last year your marketing team sent an email for an apartment in Pattaya - I opened it and I was attracted by the price. Having lived in Pattaya a long time ago and always had the wish to own something there, I shared with my wife this email. We both got excited with the idea and I just simple replied to that marketing email. 

Khun Phim replied my email and her answers made us more excited and we booked, after not having been in Pattaya for years, our flight. She was so accommodating, went with her own car to several places that she recommend. All of the places was “ok”, but we did not feel it. Although it is for now for investment, we still need to have a feeling with it. At the end of the day I pointed to a big building in the far distance and she said that this is the building that has the guaranteed 3 years rental upfront, something I read on your website, before visiting Pattaya. 

I thought it was too far, but when we went inside and saw the quality, we directly loved Arcadia Millennium Tower! As this is the first time we bought a property in Thailand, we have no clue about all the rules, regulations - but luckily Khun Phim is there for us. Till the end she is there; being patient with me to go to the bank to help me find a way to pay for the property, find and go to the lawyer to set up a Thai Company, pick-up the original papers for us as we are not in Thailand and making sure that I get the 3 years upfront rent in my personal Thai Bank Account (I got that today!) 

The whole process was very easy - we are not a big investor or have money to buy big houses, it is just a small place in a city that we love. 

You can be very proud to have Khun Phim in your team that is so flexible and so helpful in this process, as well to have a marketing team that got our attention in the first place. Congratulations to you in having such a great team!
