Villa Asiatic

The combination of these two words Villa and Asiatic give you a house with European standard influenced by the rich cultures of Asia and adapted to thrive in the community where the village is located. Let's keep going with that thought, now picture the lush tropical garden, with quaint details of a house in the country all just 20 minutes outside of Pattaya and an hour and a quarter from the airport in Bangkok. Villa Asiatic is a new village under development by a Pattaya local, 1 km from the sea in a prime country location on the outskirts of town.

This small village once completed will have 12 condo units near the front with a lap pool going down the center of the two buildings. The grounds will have another 66 homes on various size lots and three different floor plans. In the center of  the village is a communal swimming pool, a pool house and a full fitness center and right next to that is a playground for children. The land plots vary in size and shape and some are large enough for a private swimming pool.
