My Pratamnak condo was on the market for many months, without much action, probably because of its size and location. Gecko staff (and Paul in particular) gave excellent service from start to finish in the sale of my condo. Sale was complicated by property in Thai friends name who was living abroad. I expected at least 3 visits to land office because of this and other complications, but I did not have to attend once as Gecko handled the whole process.
