What a fantastic office this is! We found Gecko Properties through Google. The welcome was friendly, and all the office staff were eager to help. We finally found Phim, who did an excellent job for us. She speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to answer all our questions, and if we didn't know the answer right away, she'd ask or check. It also seems like her phone is on 24/7. This is Elwin here and I just want to share an amazing story of your team member Khun Phim.

Last year your marketing team sent an email for an apartment in Pattaya - I opened it and I was attracted by the price. Having lived in Pattaya a long time ago and always had the wish to own something there, I shared with my wife this email. We both got excited with the idea and I just simple replied to that marketing email. 

Khun Phim replied my email and her answers made us more excited and we booked, after not having been in Pattaya for years, our flight. She was so accommodating, went with her own car to several places that she recommend. All of the places was “ok”, but we did not feel it. Although it is for now for investment, we still need to have a feeling with it. At the end of the day I pointed to a big building in the far distance and she said that this is the building that has the guaranteed 3 years rental upfront, something I read on your website, before visiting Pattaya. 

I thought it was too far, but when we went inside and saw the quality, we directly loved Arcadia Millennium Tower! As this is the first time we bought a property in Thailand, we have no clue about all the rules, regulations - but luckily Khun Phim is there for us. Till the end she is there; being patient with me to go to the bank to help me find a way to pay for the property, find and go to the lawyer to set up a Thai Company, pick-up the original papers for us as we are not in Thailand and making sure that I get the 3 years upfront rent in my personal Thai Bank Account (I got that today!) 

The whole process was very easy - we are not a big investor or have money to buy big houses, it is just a small place in a city that we love. 

You can be very proud to have Khun Phim in your team that is so flexible and so helpful in this process, as well to have a marketing team that got our attention in the first place. Congratulations to you in having such a great team!

I'm and American and I moved to Thailand in November 2024. When moved I had no place to stay and I was staying in a hotel. Looking for a rental in Pattaya during this time of year was very stressful and overwhelming as I didn't know where to start and inventory was very limited. I reached out to Gecko Properties and they immediately responded to me. They understood what I accommodations I was looking for and they immediately provided me with a list of options. Within 24 hours I was being driven around by PK as she showed me the listings for which I was interested. PK was very knowledgeable about Pattaya and educated me about basic Pattaya geography.
