We moved to Pattaya in Dec. 2023. We knew no one and had heard many horror stories when it came to rentals. We stumbled upon a condo being rented by Gecko Properties. We took a chance and happy we did. We had Bobby as our agent. If an issue arised, he had a technician there to fix it promptly. If we had any questions or issues he was always available. Usually with 5 minutes of sending him a text. We just moved out as we wanted to explore Hua Hin. You
hear many stories of not getting your deposit back. He came did his inspection and withing an hour our deposit was back in our bank account. Now, I will say you as a renter should take care of the place and leave it the same or better when you leave. We also want to say the staff at the office treated us just as good. We needed some paperwork and withing minutes they had it in our hands.
If we ever return to Pattaya, we will definitely contact Gecko Properties to help us find a rental.

Wanted to give a shout out to my agent PK. She made this process very efficient, streamlined with constant updates, work around when I had bank issues with the states not transferring to international banks. We viewed two properties and made a commitment that evening. From coordinating all lease aspects, she also helped with facial recognition paperwork with condo, walk thru thorough condo inspection/inventory. TM 30 process. After all that and more she is very respectful, cheerful and has a very positive attitude which made the transaction together a very positive experience. The staff’s knowledge, service, communication, and professionalism are excellent. I highly recommend Gecko Properties if you are looking for comprehensive property services in Thailand, including buying, selling, and renting.

My choice was to work together with Gecko Properties while choosing and purchasing a condo in Pattaya. I looked at references and comments, reviews to find a trustworthy and supportive company, as this purchase was my first one in Thailand and was not aware of the process.
I had only positive experience, with help from Phim at Gecko Properties I felt I can have all the support, advice and up to date information I needed. The whole of the process was smooth, I did not feel worried at all and within - couple of weeks I have arranged all steps like offer, deposit, contract and all legal work up to land office and title deed registration. Now already happily moved in to my new condo and enjoy my stay.
As background information, my consultant Phim is really making all efforts to finalize each steps in minimum amount of time and informs me always on time. The company management also works on a high standard and provides the support needed. I am satisfied, in case will plan new purchase will surely contact Gecko Properties again and strongly suggest to do the same for my friends, partners at business!
