The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that fully vaccinated Thais and Foreign residents who travel to or from any of the 46 countries and territories on the approved list do not need to do the full quarantine upon their arrival in Thailand. The CCSA has also given the green light for alcohol to be served to customers from 1st November in pilot tourism areas in four provinces: Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi and Phang-nga. Provincial governors will have final say on the details.
So, what does 2020 have in store for the property markets? It promises to be a testing time with developers having a more cautious approach. It will undoubtedly be a buyer's market. Thailand has enjoyed a steady growth in the property market, over recent years, but because of the economic climate and the strong BAHT, it has brought uncertainty within the sector.
